Do you verify Age?
Yes, we use a third party to verify that you are 21 years or older. We may ask for proof of age after an order is placed. If we find you are not of age we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We do not ship until age is verified.
How is my Order Shipped?
Most orders placed by 3 PM CST Monday – Friday & 12 PM CST Saturday, ship the same day! All USA orders ships via First Class, that includes most Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam APO etc. Orders over $100 ship Priority.
International orders are welcome. We can ship to most Countries including Canada, U.K. and Japan. Pass thru rates apply.
Can you ship next day air?
Sure, contact us for a quote. Generally Priority Express will be most cost effective.
What is Backorders?
Some products are available for backorder and will take a few days extra to ship.
Are you a dropshipper?
No we ship from our facility only to insure timely delivery, authentic products and proper packaging.
Returns for Online Orders
We do not accept returns for clearance items or ejuice. If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. We do not accept returns for any items that have been used. You must contact us first, to initiate a return or a replacement for anything that was damaged or defective upon receipt.
